ATP ROLAND GARROS – (Stanislas Wawrinka vs Rafael Nadal)

The final has arrived. After a long journey of dedication and effort Stan Wawrinka and Rafa Nadal will face each other for the Roland Garros trophies. Both players have been dominating their own side of the bracket and of course they deserve to be here and compete for a title.

Stanislas Wawrinka has played his best tennis, we all know what he is capable of in this court. He is back again on a final two years after he was crowned champion. Wawrinka had a difficult match that seemed lost for moments but he managed to refocus and take Murray out of combat after 4 hours and 20 minutes. We know that Stan always shows up in the big events and offers a great image of himself. He has weapons to put the Spaniard in trouble taking him out of the court and not letting him be comfortable. I have no doubt that Stan wants the title and is going to fight for it.

At the other side of the net History can be made. Rafael Nadal will try to win his 10th RG title something just unbelievable. The Spaniard comes in the greatest moment of the year he has shown match after match increasing the difficulty that he came here 2 weeks ago to win the title and he is only one step away. There are no more adjectives to describe what Rafa is doing, he has only conceded 29 games in 6 matches. He will try to make Stan run side to side, he will look for longer rallies and to always be in front in the point. Rafa is coming full of confidence and he has the title in his mind, let’s see if he can reach it.

The duel is set and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. This two players have shown that they deserve to be in this final and fight for the title. All the favoritism goes to the King of Clay but we should doubt of a player that already know what it feels to win here. Beautiful match for the closure of an unbelievable tournament.
